1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone who accesses northstarfinds.co.uk or connects a TikTok account through it.

2. What the service does

NorthStar Finds is a UK Home & Kitchen product discovery brand that produces short-form video content about products we've reviewed and would recommend — see About for how that process works. This site also provides the account-connection surface for our TikTok integration: authorising your TikTok account and uploading a reviewed video to your TikTok inbox as a draft, at your explicit request.

3. What the service does not do

• It does not publish or post content to TikTok on your behalf automatically — every upload is initiated by you and delivered as a draft for you to review inside TikTok.
• It is not a storefront, marketplace, or payment processor.
• It does not sell your personal data.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload and for complying with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when you review and publish a draft from your TikTok inbox.

5. Account connection and revocation

Connecting your TikTok account is optional and can be reversed at any time from within the TikTok app. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is involved and how to revoke access.

6. Availability

This service is provided on an “as is” basis during active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves, particularly as new TikTok API capabilities (such as Direct Post) are evaluated and, if adopted, are added here before being enabled.
